My private practice office is located in Ravenswood, at the corner of Sunnyside and Ravenswood Avenue (1 block north of Montrose Avenue and 3 blocks east of N. Damen Avenue).  Free, off-street parking is available from the Sunnside driveway entrance, or free street parking is available on Ravenswood Avenue in front of the building, which is a 3 story, white building on the corner.  My practice is located in Suite GD (Garden Level).  Ring buzzer for entry; waiting room seating is just outside the office door. 

Located conveniently in the beautiful neighborhood of Ravenswood.  Easy to get to by the El (Brown line Montrose or Damen stop), Metra (Lawrence stop).   Free parking lot adjacent to the building.
